If you cook a butterflied chicken breast at mid high 6-7 minutes per side you get shoe leather. Also throwing away that fond instead deglazing it with some white wine and putting it in sauce #2 was a tragedy. Grats on the view count, though. You really showed a lot of people how NOT to do things.

Who cares if you call it lokma or louqaimat.... We do it for hundreds of years and we call it loukoumades or sviggi in the aegean islands. For us belongs to us... You can have your own version and you can call it as you want in your own country. We don't care.....
